- presenting the activity of the restaurant and the Chef
- selling food and non-food products through WooCommerce
- promoting events, gastronomic experiences and catering
- providing information and media content

All materials (texts, photographs, culinary concepts, design, visual identity) belong to AF NOVA FOOD S.R.L. or its collaborators.
The following are prohibited:

- commercial use of the images or concepts

4. Products and services
The following may be sold through the website:
- packaged food products
- gourmet products
- own-brand products
- vouchers
- culinary experiences

- digital products (where applicable)
Product descriptions are for information purposes. Minor differences in presentation compared to the images may occur.
5. Orders
By placing an order, the customer declares that:
- they have full legal capacity
- the data provided is correct
- they accept the price and the conditions displayed
Orders are confirmed by email. The distance contract is considered concluded upon confirmation.
The company reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of:
- an obvious pricing error
- products being out of stock
- suspected fraud
6. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in RON and include VAT (where applicable).
Payment can be made by:

- bank transfer
- other methods shown at checkout
AF NOVA FOOD S.R.L. does not store card details.
7. Delivery
Physical products are delivered by courier. Estimated delivery time: 1–5 working days. Special transport conditions apply to perishable food products.
8. Right of withdrawal
Under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) 34/2014, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for non-perishable products.
Exceptions:
- perishable food products
- personalised products
- products unsealed for hygiene reasons
9. Limitation of liability
The company is not liable for:
- delays caused by the courier
- improper use of the products
- allergic reactions where the ingredients have not been read
Consumers are responsible for checking the list of ingredients.
10. Force majeure
The company cannot be held liable for events beyond its control.
11. Governing law
Romanian law applies. Disputes are settled by the competent courts in Romania.
